Project Description

The University Scholarship & Mentorship Program is an annual initiative designed to extend hope beyond Senior High School and ensure that academic excellence continues to be rewarded at the highest level. Many of our students, despite successfully completing SHS, face the risk of stalled dreams due to the high cost of tertiary education. Without support, years of hard work and potential could be lost.

This program provides financial assistance to exceptional and committed graduates to pursue studies at accredited universities and tertiary institutions. Selection is based on academic performance, discipline, character, and a demonstrated commitment to giving back.

What makes this program unique is its pay-it-forward model. Every beneficiary commits to returning to the community and the Learning Center to train, mentor, and inspire younger students. Graduates support others through:
Academic mentoring and tutoring
Career guidance and life-skills training
Skills transfer, workshops, and role-modeling

Through this cycle, education becomes a shared responsibility, and success is multiplied rather than isolated. Younger students see tangible proof that perseverance leads to opportunity, while graduates remain connected to the community that raised them.

The University Scholarship & Mentorship Program is more than financial support it is a sustainable investment in leadership, service, and transformation. By empowering one student to rise and then lift others, the program ensures that hope continues from one generation to the next.
